Acceptance of Terms

By accessing th777, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and th777.

If you access th777 on behalf of another individual, or permit another individual to access your account, you accept full responsibility for any actions taken under your account credentials. th777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates published on this page and communicated to registered users where required by law.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a th777 account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a legal resident of Pakistan or another jurisdiction from which access to th777 is not prohibited by local law; (c) possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and (d) not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted from using gaming platforms under any applicable responsible gaming programme.

th777 employs identity verification (KYC) procedures to confirm player age and identity, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. th777 reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any stage and to suspend accounts pending successful verification. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active th777 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or personal details, are strictly prohibited and will be identified through device fingerprinting and KYC cross-referencing. Detected duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

• th777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion where these Terms are violated.

Your th777 account balance is denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and cannot be converted to any other currency.

Deposits & Withdrawals

th777 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated. No deposit fees are applied by th777 on standard PKR payment methods; third-party transaction fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider, if any, are outside th777's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and within a few hours for bank transfers, subject to successful identity verification. th777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a player's first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding internal risk thresholds.

th777 reserves the right to void transactions, reverse winnings, or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, the use of banned strategies such as arbitrage betting across linked accounts, or any other breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses offered by th777, including the welcome deposit match, free spins, weekly cashback, and VIP rewards, are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

th777 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds, and any winnings derived from them, where bonus abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed purely to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or violating any game-specific bonus restriction. Bonus terms are subject to change and th777 will communicate material changes to active offers.

Player Conduct

By using th777, you agree not to: engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity; use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with th777's games or systems; attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities; harass other players or th777 staff through chat or support channels; or use th777 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Violation of this Article may result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with th777's regulatory obligations under its international gaming license.

Fair Play & Game Integrity

All games available on th777 — including live dealer casino, slots, crash games, and Mines — operate using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or verified live dealer mechanics, certified under th777's international gaming license. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Termination

th777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, underage registration, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the th777 platform. Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time through their account settings or by contacting [email protected], in line with our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination, any verified and legitimately earned balance not subject to investigation will be returned to the player using their original deposit method, less any applicable bonus funds forfeited under these Terms.
